  • I am a complete beginner and aren't sure where I should start - Can I take voice lessons at JEVS?
This is absolutely a great place to start! All of our instructors work with all levels (beginner to advanced) and are well-trained to help you with these goals. We suggest reading our bios and choosing the person you feel will be the best fit for your schedule and personality!
  • How do I schedule my session to be online vs. in-person?
All the session times available on the "Book a Lesson" link are for both in-person or virtual. There are no separate days or times for in-person vs. virtual. HOW to Select In Person Vs. Virtual: Click on the instructor’s book a lesson link, then select the amount of time for your session (60, 45, or 30 mins). You will then see all dates/times available for the month. Choose the date and time you would like to have your session and hit next. This will take you to a page to fill out your booking information- your name, vocal goals, etc. There will be 2 selections available under the “Location” section: in person and virtual. Choose the selection you’d like and you’re all set! Once booked, you’ll receive an email with more information about our in-person location or your zoom link!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before your scheduled session will be charged and cannot be refunded.**

We understand that things happen and life is crazy. So, JEVS clients are allotted one "exception" cancellation per-quarter. This cancellation can be made anytime before your scheduled session. Exceptions will be tracked by your instructor and cannot be rolled over to the following quarter.

If you have a scheduling conflict or are feeling unwell, please reach out to reschedule via jericksenvoicestudio@gmail.com

**There are many things we can do to enhance our musicality without singing! If you still want to have a session but can't sing due to illness, etc.- chat with your instructor! Often, we can accommodate this by switching to a virtual session, shortening our session time, and/or working on other non-phonation related activities like sight-reading, memorization and acting techniques, ear training, and more!

Dance Session Requirements/Policies

  • If you are preparing for an audition, please send Ms. Dani your audition choreography and any additional requirements before your lesson (2daniellehernandez@gmail.com)!

    • Athletic-wear

      • Leggings, shorts, yoga/dance pants
