Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Class, workshops, and any/all material is for personal, non-commercial use ONLY. By registering, reserving, and/or receiving services, you understand that material may not be shared, circulated, or posted on social media, personal websites, etc. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before your scheduled session will be charged and cannot be refunded.** We understand that things happen and life is crazy. So, JEVS clients are allotted one "exception" cancellation per-quarter. This cancellation can be made anytime before your scheduled session. Exceptions will be tracked by your instructor and cannot be rolled over to the following quarter. If you have a scheduling conflict or are feeling unwell, please reach out to reschedule via jericksenvoicestudio@gmail.com **There are many things we can do to enhance our musicality without singing! If you still want to have a session but can't sing due to illness, etc.- chat with your instructor! Often, we can accommodate this by switching to a virtual session, shortening our session time, and/or working on other non-phonation related activities like sight-reading, memorization and acting techniques, ear training, and more!
